A Golden Legacy of Love and Compassion
Fisher, a beloved Golden Retriever and K9 Ambassador at Crystal Mountain, left a profound impact through his love and companionship. Following his sudden passing, Jeff Rabidoux, Fisher's owner, was touched by the outpouring of support and love from the community, including those who knew Fisher only through stories and social media.
To honor Fisher’s memory, Jeff and his wife Katie established the "Fisher Fund." This initiative, within the Benzie Sunrise Rotary Club's Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, assists pets in need of medical care when their owners face financial challenges. The fund is a testament to Fisher's enduring spirit, continuing his legacy of kindness and compassion.

Promote Socialization: We organize regular meet-ups and events for Golden Retrievers and their owners to socialize, play, and bond.
Support and Education: Provide resources and knowledge to our members about the care, training, and health of Golden Retrievers. As a purely social club, we make it our policy to not recommend breeders or allow anyone to offer goldens for sale on our site or at our events.
